What is RC1?
What is HUBBOX RC1 Relay Controller?
HUBBOX RC1 is a high-capacity Modbus TCP/IP relay control module developed for industrial automation and building management systems. With 10 digital inputs and 8 relay outputs, it provides an economical and powerful solution for managing large-scale data collection and device control processes from a single central point.

Technical Specifications and Capacity
- 8-Channel Relay Output: Robust relays capable of switching up to 10A at 230V AC.
- 10-Channel Digital Input: Wide input voltage support (DC 5-24V) to monitor various sensor and switch signals.
- Protocol Support: Fully compatible with all PLC, SCADA, and IoT systems via standard Modbus TCP.
- Communication: 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port for fast and uninterrupted data transmission.
- Operating Temperature: High reliability in harsh industrial environments ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
- Rail-Type Enclosure: Plastic rail-type housing design for easy mounting in standard industrial panels.

Technical Support and Application Notes
Important Reminder: Relay outputs are rated for 10A. For loads with very high inrush currents, such as large motors, it is recommended to use an external contactor to extend the relay's lifespan.
- IP Configuration: Changes made to the IP address may require a device restart to become active.
- LED Status: The LEDs on the device allow you to instantaneously see which relay is energized and which input is receiving a signal.
- Power Supply: Ensure a suitable power source within the 7V-24V DC range is used for stable operation.
